As Chief Executive Officer of Verlata, Jason is responsible for the strategic direction and relationships for the company, along with ensuring our culture and values are always front and centre of what we do. With over two decades working with law firms and legal tech, there are few problems or challenges in this space that he can’t solve. You could say problem solving is his passion.
Jason also looks after our project delivery team to ensure projects are on track and works closely with each of the regions to ensure our strategies are being carried out across the globe.

Chief Financial and Information Officer (CFIO), Australia.
Steve is the CFIO at Verlata. With over two decades of experience in the accounting and legal industry, his passion for innovation is deeply rooted in a comprehensive understanding of business and technology, as well as the unique intricacies of the legal industry. Holding MBA and CPA qualifications, Steve brings a robust foundation in finance and business administration to steer the company's financial and technology strategy. He leads a dynamic team that is focused on delivering tailored solutions that evolve with clients' needs.
Kelly Wright.
Chief Relationship Officer (CRO), Australia.
As Verlata's Chief Relationship Officer, Kelly leads our New Business and Account Management teams. She is passionate about fostering enduring relationships and partnerships, shaping Verlata’s reputation and contributing to sustainable growth.
Boasting over a decade of dedicated experience in the legal industry, Kelly has worked in and managed law firms and held numerous roles in the legal tech space. Drawing from this rich background, she possesses an acute understanding of what law firms seek in their core legal technology solutions.
Kelly takes a practical, transparent, and honest approach in all her dealings; essential qualities for law firms and legal teams who are navigating critical business decisions. Daniel Chan.
Director, Singapore.
Daniel is a Director at Verlata Consulting, and leads the Verlata Singapore office, catering to organisations in Singapore and Asia. He has close to a decade of experience in working with law firms, corporate legal teams and service companies.
Daniel strives to bring technology and ideas to firms looking to modernise, through the adoption of platforms that assist the practice and business. His passion also lies in bringing technology into new markets and working with firms to deliver a consistent message internally and to their clients.
Mark Greenslade.
Director, New Zealand.
Mark leads the Client Success and Training teams at Verlata as well as looking after our strategies in New Zealand. He likes our clients to get the most out of their investment in software and technology. With a background in practice management and strategic consulting, he has been working with law firms on integrating technology into practice for 18 years. He has a passion for SaaS technology and combines this with his experience as a Practice Manager to identify technology that makes legal teams more productive and relieve pain points they experience every day.
Mark believes in pragmatic innovation – finding, configuring and using technology that works for you and your team. Having worked in law firms for many years, Mark also understands the importance of getting things right with the trust account, sale and purchase agreements, court deadlines, AML compliance, etc, etc.

Director, EMEA.
Suki heads-up the EMEA team at Verlata. With 25+ years experience in managing professional services delivery teams for PMS vendors, Suki understands the challenges faced by firms migrating to new platforms and her honest and transparent approach helps clients through their migration projects.
Suki is also passionate about client success, and continually engages with clients to capture their feedback across the lifecycle of their journey and committed to actioning feedback received.

As the Director overseeing our Japanese operations and clients, Risto brings a distinctive blend of legal and tech expertise. With a background encompassing both fields, he effectively bridges the gap between lawyers and software, delivering valuable solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments.
With over 8 years of combined experience in law and consulting, Risto brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He spent four years working in Tokyo for a prominent UK law firm, honing his skills in managing intricate technology implementation projects across various jurisdictions. He is adept at identifying client and practice requirements and effectively communicating with stakeholders from all angles. His ultimate goal is to enhance the efficiency and profitability of legal work by leveraging technology, operational strategies, and innovative approaches.

Koola is a Data Migration Consultant for the Verlata New Zealand Team. She has over 25 years’ previous experience working with data sets, primarily for analytics, management reporting and dashboarding/visualisations. She has also worked on data and system migration projects in this time.
