Mark leads the Client Success and Training teams at Verlata as well as looking after our strategies in New Zealand. He likes our clients to get the most out of their investment in software and technology. With a background in practice management and strategic consulting, he has been working with law firms on integrating technology into practice for 18 years. He has a passion for SaaS technology and combines this with his experience as a Practice Manager to identify technology that makes legal teams more productive and relieve pain points they experience every day.

Mark believes in pragmatic innovation – finding, configuring and using technology that works for you and your team. Having worked in law firms for many years, Mark also understands the importance of getting things right with the trust account, sale and purchase agreements, court deadlines, AML compliance, etc.
